Gotta make this quick...so tired!

I just got home from seeing Smokey Joe's Cafe with my mom and it was so good. I'm glad it was only a two hour show.

This morning I had a tough time getting out of bed. I finally got up a few minutes to six and headed to the gym. I did weights with my husband and didn't have time to do cardio. We did about 40 mins of weights.

Breakfast at my desk was a parfait (so so good and kept the hunger away for hours):

I used these cereals in the parfait:

Although I wasn't hungry, I took a coffee break around 11:00am:

For lunch I had some homemade red pepper hummus, Trader Joe's whole wheat pretzels, and lots of veggies:

My afternoon snacks included an orange that was a little dry and cherries that were so delish!

I went home for dinner with the husband even though I would have to head back downtown for the musical. My husband made dinner, while I packed our breakfast and lunch for tomorrow. I snacked on one serving of baked tostitos while getting dinner ready.

My husband (Steve) made egg white omelets with spinach, mushrooms and morningstar veggie sausage (see picture of box below). I had some salsa with the omelet. We also had asparagus and tomato.

I took a Trader's Joe 100 calorie pack for my purse and ate it at intermission. This was the first time I had these and I thought they were pretty good, not really nutritious but not bad for you either.

I didn't get a picture but a few minutes ago I had some puffins cereal with a spoon of peanut butter.

Night all....here's hoping I can get to the 6am spin class!!
