After seven years of a pretty flexible schedule where I could fit in a workout mostly everyday and enjoyed a much more active lifestyle of walking, I'm coping with being stuck at a desk all day. Some days I do not even leave the floor of my office for over 10 hours. While I am not a personal trainer or a dietitian, I really enjoy reading about eating well and being active. My plan is to blog in the evening about everything I ate during the week. I'm a vegetarian and have been for about 14 years.
Tomorrow will be my first real post discussing food and fitness, I figured that a holiday would be a perfect day to begin a daily blog discussing how to live a happy and healthy life.
