I went out to eat for lunch with a law student and had a chopped entree salad with a Sherry Vinaigrette. We went to Six Penn Kitchen, this was my first time there. My salad would have been great if I asked for the dressing on the side (which is what I normally do), because the salad just had too much dressing for my liking. Sorry no picture.
Through out the day I had three small bars. A mini Clif bar (my protein for breakfast at 9am), a mini luna bar (around 3:30pm), and a Kashi dark chocolate cherry granola bar (around 11:30am). I love this Kashi granola bar, it really stops my hunger and tastes so good, I feel like it tastes like more than 120 calories. I think it satisfies me more than the mini luna or mini clif bars.
I had to work until 7pm, really should have worked a lot later but I had Pilates at 8pm and needed to get home and shower. So I went to Pita Pit and had a falafel whole wheat pita, with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, sweet peppers, olives, and honey mustard. I love Pita Pit. It brings back fond memories of my undergrad years, I had one at my university and it was a cheap and healthy place to grab dinner. Sorry that this picture isn't so good. Trust me, this place had great pitas!
This is what the parking garage looked like when I walked to my car at 7:15pm:
I didn't have any sides with my Pita so I felt like I needed a little extra fuel for Pilates. I had a little 1 cup bowl mixed with PB Puffins, tiny peanut butter cups from Trader Joe's, mini chips, and some TJ's high fiber cereal. I also scrapped about 1/2 tbsp max from the sides of the Dark Chocolate Dreams.
Pilates was rough as it always is with this hard core teacher, so I am beat!!! I have a super long day tomorrow...lots of legal documents to draft and a 8pm musical with my mom!! Have a great Tuesday!!

oooooo have a great tuesday - sounds like a fun night ahead w/ your mom!
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I'm impressed that you can get up so early and go for a run. I'm still challenging myself to become more of a morning person. So far the only thing I can get myself up for is yoga because it's a relaxing way to ease into the day while still getting some exercise.
Sounds like you are definitely having fun with the pilates. I took it in college and miss it a lot.
I love those cherry dark chocolate bars too! The chocolate chips make it seem like an extra treat, but I also can't believe it's only 120 calories!
MINI PEANUT BUTTER CUPS?! That bowl looks like chocolate/PB heaven - I will be on the lookout for those next time I go to TJ's!
Linds - Thanks! I hope you are feeling better.
Kelly - I took Yoga in college and am new to Pilates this year. I should add a Yoga class to my mix because it has been a good 4 or 5 years since my Yoga class.
Jenn - You need to try these mini peanut butter cups, they melt in your mouth. I bought them to use for baking but my husband dug in and after days of watching him snack on them, I had to try them.
