I ate a few blackberries while packing my breakfast to take to work. At work I made 1/3 cup oats with Oikos and topped with Udi's Granola.
At 11:30 I had a Dunkin Donuts Latte Lite to hold me over for a later lunch. I was mentoring at a city school during a long lunch break, and knew I needed something. The program provides pizza (which I only eat when made at home with vegetarian cheese), but I get hungry watching everyone else eat and smelling the pizza.
I got back from the school at 1:30 and ate leftovers. Tofurky, veggies, mashed potatoes and stuffing. I really hate wasting food, so I'm trying to get this all used up!
Around 4pm I had an apple. I cut it up in slices, because I think it lasts longer that way, hence the knife next to it.
I'm sorry about the quality of this picture, I have to get to work and have no time to upload another picture. This was cous cous with Morningstar crumbles, a steam bag of broccoli and cauliflower, some toasted pine nuts, and a little EVOO. I had a carrot on the side.
After dinner Steve and I went to the gym for a late spin class. Before the class we ran a mile. I wore my heart rate monitor just in spin class and it said I burned 533 calories in the 60 min class. My average heart rate was 160. Plus I maybe burned another 100 running the 9 minute mile before class.

At home I decided to have a couple handfuls of Sweet Crisps and a small glass of milk.

I like your Peanuts glass :)
Hmm, my big wish list item is a Garmin... other than that, just cookbooks and such. My mom keep asking, too- and truthfully I don't really need ANYTHING.
I haven't really thought about it either! Oops.
Ooh you should ask for a Magic Bullet... it's my new obsession :o)
Hmm the genisoy you have looks pretty taste. I've only had the rice cakes and they are delicious
I hope you liked mentoring!
In my previous life, the week before Christmas was always dead at the firm. I hope the same goes for you. :D I am just looking forward to enjoying every minute before I move back to N.J.
Holy calories. I am impressed.
Wow, you're good resisting that pizza. I love DD's coffee!
This holiday season, I would just like to enjoy the time with my family and friends!
