I had to pack my lunch in a hurry, so I ended up with a few mini-meals. I had a cherry pie Larabar, which is one of my favorites. I also had a skinny latte from Starbucks.
Around 1:30 pm I ate a grapefruit, which I eat like an orange.
When I got home at 7pm, I ate some baked chips with hummus while deciding on dinner (no picture).
For dinner I made couscous with Morningstar crumbles, broccoli, cauliflower and tomatoes.
Oh and I almost forgot I had a granola bar around 11pm, right before bed, because I felt pretty hungry.

I love dark chocolate dreams PB! It's so delicious. Have you had the white chocolate one? I didn't think any of the other kinds could beat dark chocolate but white chocolate is definitely my favorite now!
I HAD THAT SAME LARABAR FLAVOR YESTERDAY!! :-)
seriously the best and most simple bfast ever. love the dark choc dreams. :D
I was thinking that didn't look like much food on a 4 miler day, so I'm glad you listened to your body and had the granola bar
Looks like you did a pretty good job of getting what you could, I hate being rushed/busy or whatever, and not being able to do the full meals thing. But mini meals are better than nothing! Love cherry pie larabar :)
Wow, everything looks yummy!
I like to eat small meals all day, too. The thing is, it never fits in with what everyone is doing, ya know.
Dark chocolate dreams...yummy!
