I got to work a little after 7am this morning, breakfast was oatmeal, a peach, a yogurt and a Kashi soft apple bar. I have been loving peaches in oatmeal.
I had a 10:30 coffee break and got a skinny caramel latte and had some of my chocolate popcorn that I bought yesterday at GNC.
Lunch was a Kashi frozen dinner (some black bean and mango kind) that I put over a salad. This was a great combo. Sorry that I didn't get a picture of the box.
At 5pm I had this:
I worked until 7:20pm then I went to the gym. I did 15 minutes on the stair climber and 11 minutes running on the treadmill. Plus the walk to the gym from my office and then back to the parking garage was a mile or so.
Dinner was at 8:30, I did another cereal mix with the last thing of yogurt left. This yogurt was much too tiny to cover all of my cereal, but it was quick.
It just occured to me that I had 4 different Kashi products today, one at each meal and for a snack. One of the cereals was Kashi Go Lean Crunch. That is a little weird that Kashi consumes so much pantry and freezer room at our house!!
I feel like I want something else, but really I think it is more exhaustion and the fact that maybe I should have ate something more dinner like tonight.

You ARE a Kashi girl! :0)
Good luck with your loooong day tomorrow!!
Kashi owes you some free products for how much love you're giving them!
Wow... I can't believe I found someone who has just a busy of a life as I do. It's refreshing to see someone who fits it all in - and successfully! Sometimes I feel like I can't do it all.
haha I would definitely like the option of being to think while walking on a treadmill at work!
That would certainly be a nice way to consolidate exercise an work! :)
Way to represent Kashi!
Wow. 12.5 hours? You're a tough woman Aimee!
I've totally seen that treadmill desk before and remembered thinking I would absolutely LOVE it! It's not like it would have to be running the entire day...but knowing you had the option would be so cool!
I hope that Kashi does a Google alert and finds your blog to send you some free products! But hey, they have so many amazing products, it's not surprising that you'd have one with every meal!
Our Kashi Girl :)
Love it!!!!
And tht sounds like such fun! I don't know if I'd be able to do it! I already am literally RUNNING/moving NONE-STOP at work for 8 hrs, five days a week!! It's A.Mazing how hungry you get! A shame, though, that I rarely get a break... :( I am BEAT by the end of my shift! Thank goodness for Protein Shakes n mini Zone Bars!!! TGIF!!!! Night Beauty :)
Wow, sounds like you've had a busy week and are headed for a busy day tomorrow! Hope you get a chance to relax this weekend :)
dang, you should invest in kashi stock! but i bet i have as many kashi things in my cupboard as you! horray for kashi!
rest up woman! and g'luck w/ the next long day!
I am a Kashi addict, I love their cereals of all kinds (that I've tried anyway).... I think I have 4 kinds open now!
On the treadmill article - I could never do it. I guess I have too many papers, pleading books, research, etc. all over the desk, and knowing me, it would crash within a few minutes. But more than that, really, I don't like the idea of mushing work and my activity like running. I'd rather take 40 minutes or so and get out of the office 100% to have a 5 mile run. That way it really is *me time* rather than not really work and not really exercise, if that makes sense? In the treadmill-at-work situation, I'd think I could neither get really into work nor really enjoy my activity.
i love your kashi-filled day!
i would LOVE a treadmill desk.....
have a happy friday!
You truly are a testiment to- being "too busy" is not a good enough excuse to not work out. I am amazed that you still find the time and have the energy to work out after a 12.5 hour work day.
You go girl! Serious inspiration...
Whoo Kashi... you should send them the link to this post and maybe you'll get some free stuff? Try to score some of those pumpkin bars for me, hehe. :-)
I also saw that article and considered blogging about it, I would love to be able to do that! Such a good idea.
I also love Kashi. It's such a great brand, totally filling, nutritious and delicious. What more can I ask for?
